What delivery options are available? 

For delivery within Singapore, we work with the following mail and courier services:

Singpost 2 to 3 working days $4 (Complimentary for all orders) 

 

I entered the incorrect delivery address. What should I do?

Drop us an email and we'll fix it! Please note that we have a 12 hour grace period - if we're not informed within 12 hours of your order, a re-delivery fee of $x will be charged. 

I'm still waiting for my parcel. What should I do?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are available on unworn items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Just make sure items are in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged), with all tags attached.

For returns: Items are applicable for a refund for cash or store credit (If this option is chosen, we will give you an additionally 5% off your next purchase). We do not charge return fees.

For exchanges:  We will send your new parcel out using the mode of delivery you previously opted for. If the item is out of stock in your desired size, we will provide you with a refund for cash or store credit.

Do not that promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. We will indicate these items as "Final Sale" - but if you're ever unsure, feel free to drop us an email!

How do I start a return or exchange?

To return or exchange your item:

  1. Seal your item back into an envelope (hint: ours is reusable!)
  2. Address the envelope to: xx
  3. Ship the item back to us using a postage or courier service of your choice. Do note that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail, so we highly recommend using a tracked postal or courier service.
  4. Share your tracking number with us -  we'll keep an eye out for it!
  5. Drop us an email at support@ezraoutdoors.com with the following:
      • Order number
      • Your name
      • Item details: name, colour and size
      • For exchanges: colour and size of replacement item(s)
      • Courier service used and tracking number, if applicable

    How long will the process take?

    We'll drop you an email once we've received your return parcel. Following that, returns and exchanges will be processed and sent out within 4 working days.

    I received a defective/incorrect order, what do I do?

    We're sorry for the inconvenience caused! Please email us at support@ezraoutdoors.com with the following:

      • Order number
      • Your name
      • Item(s) details: name, colour and size
      • Description of defective/incorrect order
      • For defective items: a photo of the defect, if possible

        Why don't you make leggings?

        We have! Debut Leggings can be found on site.

        Why do you charge so much for these pieces? I can get them cheaper on Taobao

        We have VERY different manufacturing supply chains as compared to OEM (original equipment manufacturer/ i.e. white label) products. If you do not resonate with supporting the environment, the community around you, supply chain transparency, you can refer to this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NLvBwB9PW6e-7pJdR5I6JFQY6HepT3bQoRKEnOGFoYM/edit?usp=sharing for a collated list on Taobao suppliers. We don't shop here personally, but... we can't cater to all customers too. That's just what it is.
